Hope for the Day (HFTD) is a mental health advocacy organization dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding suicide prevention and mental health conversations. Their approach was previously rooted in fear-based messaging, relying heavily on statistics and alarming language, which, while informative, didn’t align with their mission of normalizing mental health discussions.

I helped reframe their message, shifting to an approachable, conversational tone that empowers individuals to seek help without shame. By recontextualizing mental health within a modern cultural context, we created a more accessible, supportive narrative that truly reflects HFTD’s mission to inspire and connect people with the tools they need for resilience.
